Jean has conducted research for over 30 years in the fields of human factors, usability and UX. Over those years, she has consulted in a range of industries and channels including web, mobile, product and product literature. Clients and employers have included: Graco, Microsoft, Nikon, New Balance, Intermountain Healthcare, U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Toyota Technical Center, and many health-related government agencies. She is currently a senior UX researcher at General Motors in their infotainment UX design group and manages their UX Research Lab. She graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s from University of Michigan with a focus on human factors engineering and psychology.
